The Hudson Valley Chapter closed out 2023 with a truly exciting event. At the end of December, the Chapter, in conjunction with the recently formed Hudson Valley Chapter of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, arranged a special viewing of the recently released film “Ferrari” at the Bedford Playhouse in Bedford, NY. Prior to the viewing the collective group met at Locali Pizzeria in Mount Kisco, NY for some tasty Italian delights and much talk about Italian automobiles. The group exchanged stories of drives and events of the past year while looking forward to the 2024 season that will begin in May with the annual Spring Rally. Following the viewing there was much discussion about the film; how accurately was Enzo portrayed, were all of the events historically correct, and the like. Overall, everyone had a great time. Finally, the Hudson Valley Chapter announced that it will be holding two Cavallini e Caffe events per month, April to November, in 2024. The first Sunday of each month the group will meet at Eastdale (45 Eastdale Ave N, Poughkeepsie, NY) where we’ve been meeting since 2022. In an effort to access more of the Chapter’s members, we will also be meeting on the third Sunday of the month at 1600 Veloce (859 Peach Lake Rd, North Salem, NY). These events will begin in April 2024. Also, the annual Spring Rally date was announced, Sunday, May 5, 2024. Watch your email for more information on this stellar event.
